Job summary

American Capital Group seeks an experienced investor relations and fundraising professional to drive capital raising, cultivate investor relationships, and establish scalable IR systems. You will lead fundraising strategy, manage relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, RIAs, and institutions, and oversee investor communications.

The role requires strong presentation skills, deep real estate private equity knowledge, and a proven fundraising track record in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years in fundraising, investor relations, or capital formation in PE, real estate, or asset management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven track record of raising capital from family offices, RIAs, UHNWIs, or institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate private equity fund structures, waterfalls, and investor economics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).

Responsibilities

  • Drive fundraising strategy and execution for PCM Kinect’s investment vehicles.
  • Leverage relationships and build new ones with UHNWIs, family offices, RIAs, institutions.
  • Lead crafting and delivery of fundraising presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Manage fundraising pipeline, investor CRM, and progress reporting against targets.
  • Structure investor terms, review side letters, and respond to negotiations.
  • Host investor meetings, roadshows, and events; advise prospects through diligence.
  • Build strong LP relations with clear, timely, transparent communications.
  • Oversee quarterly investor reports and portfolio updates.
  • Handle investor inquiries, diligence requests, and data room activities professionally.
  • Anticipate investor concerns and address with prepared responses.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and ops to close, call, and distribute capital.
  • Establish best-in-class IR systems, processes, and tools.
  • Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to inform strategy.
  • Support development of new fund products and structures to meet demand.
  • Represent PCM Kinect externally with professionalism and credibility.
