Job summary

Sound Transit in Seattle is seeking a senior leader to drive governance, standards, and policy administration for the Capital Delivery Department. You will oversee policy development, procedure templates, and governance frameworks, collaborating with PMIS teams and stakeholders.

You will steer cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with FTA requirements, and provide executive briefings to align capital projects with agency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with eight years' capital program delivery experience.
• Six years of leadership experience managing staff, consultants, cross-functional teams, governance initiatives, or major capital program support functions.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs development, governance, and continuous improvement of Capital Delivery policies, procedures, standards, and governance docs.
• Leads standardization initiatives and ensures governance across Capital Delivery programs.
• Represents Capital Delivery to executive leadership, committees, and external agencies; prepares forecasts and status updates.
