Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Director of Business Operations in New York to partner with the Data & Intelligence leadership team. You will establish operating rhythms, governance, reporting, and ownership of key priorities to execute from day one.

You will lead communications, workforce operations, and financial management across OpEx and CapEx, providing insights to support organization design and leadership decisions while strengthening team connection.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in business operations, finance, or related field.
Global, matrixed organization experience with direct people leadership.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead the business operations function for the D&I organization, setting up rhythms, governance, and reporting.
Own communications, engagement, and culture agendas; coordinate leadership updates and town halls.
Direct people processes, workforce planning, onboarding, and talent analytics in partnership with People Experience.
Oversee OpEx and CapEx planning, forecasts, actuals, and leadership reporting.
Build scalable, standardized processes and drive automation and AI-enabled reporting.
