Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in Pharma or related field; advanced degree preferred + 8+ years
• PharmD/PhD with 6+ years in pharma or related fields is acceptable

• Lead alignment across Global/US Medical Affairs categories and asset teams.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for medical plans.
• Support organizational change management in collaboration with Change Management teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial tracking for assigned assets.
• Coordinate governance committees and asset-specific programs.
• Support Medical Affairs activities including Ad boards and congresses.
