Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Business Operations leader for the Data & Intelligence organization to build operational discipline and scalable processes across OpEx and CapEx. You will set governance, reporting rhythms, and partner with ELT+1 to translate priorities into actionable plans.

The role drives workforce planning, communications, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strong organizational culture in a hybrid US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in operations, finance, or related discipline.
• Global, matrixed org experience with direct people leadership.
• Experience in financial planning and exec-level reporting (OpEx/CapEx).
• Experience managing headcount, compensation planning, open roles, and resource scenarios.
• Shaping leadership communications and large-scale colleague forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business operations function for the D&I organization, establishing rhythms and governance.
• Own communications, engagement, culture, and senior leadership updates.
• Partner with ELT+1 and senior leaders to shape audience-centered communications.
• Oversee headcount, compensation planning, open roles, and workforce changes in collaboration with People Experience and Finance.
• Provide workforce insights and scenario analysis to support organization design and talent planning.
• Lead OpEx and CapEx planning, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and leadership reporting.
• Establish standardized processes for POs, SOWs, contracts, and chargebacks.
• Lead a team of 3–5 operations professionals and drive scalable ways of working.
• Synthesize financial, workforce, and operations data into concise leadership insights.
