Qualifications

• Breadth of leadership experiences; ability to influence and coach peers and guide colleagues to outcomes.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry or related fields with strong financial acumen.
• Familiarity with Medical Affairs processes, budgets, and governance
• Experience in PM methodologies and cross-functional project delivery.
• Proven track record leading in a matrix organization with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead alignment of goals and strategic initiatives across Medical Affairs categories and asset teams.
• Co-create future-looking vision with Asset Medical Affairs Leads and teams.
• Develop and implement medical processes, SOPs, and governance for strategy execution.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budget for assigned Asset/Field Medical areas.
• Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, and Operational Excellence to advance projects.
• Support asset-specific governance and launch planning with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare presentations and track performance metrics for the Medical Impact unit.
