Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager, Data Strategy & Management (Oncology) to partner with Oncology brands on data strategy and governance. You will translate brand needs into data solutions, ensuring accuracy and trust in commercial reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled apps.

You will lead data quality programs, partner with Pfizer Digital, and drive vendor coordination while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance across brand data initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; 5+ years for master’s; 1+ year for PhD.
• Experience in data management, commercial information management, or information systems in pharma.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms and commercial data systems (Snowflake, Dataiku, CRM).
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder data projects and vendor coordination.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary data strategy and management partner for Oncology brands, aligning with enterprise Data Strategy and Pfizer Digital.
• Manage quality and governance of master data (HCP/HCO, affiliations, hierarchies) and ensure data provenance and reliability.
• Lead brand-level data management projects from scoping to delivery, coordinating with commercial operations, sales, marketing, and Digital.
• Ensure compliance with privacy/regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR) and apply data security best practices.
