Job summary

Topgolf International seeks a Director of Business Intelligence to drive end‑to‑end BI, data governance, and trusted metrics across the company from its Dallas HQ. You will lead a 20‑person BI team of product owners and data engineers, partnering with Finance, Operations, and venues to enable self‑service analytics and AI‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities include setting governance standards, owning the data platform, and delivering an enterprise BI roadmap that aligns with business priorities

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI/analytics or analytics engineering with leadership experience.
• Ability to fix data trust issues and establish governance and self-service adoption.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Ops, and venue leaders to influence decisions.
• Strong credibility with senior leaders and budget ownership.
• Experience using AI-enabled analytics on governed data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the BI team; set priorities and delivery cadence.
• Establish data quality, governance, and single source of truth.
• Own BI product roadmap across corporate and venue operations.
• Partner with Data Eng, Product, and Security on platforms and integrations.
• Define access controls and ensure reliability, security, and capacity.
