Topgolf International in Dallas seeks a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead a data-driven, high-performing team responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring across the organization in a fast-growing hospitality and entertainment brand.

You will partner with leaders to align recruitment with business strategy, drive DEI&B initiatives, manage ATS implementation, and elevate Topgolf’s employer brand while maintaining a strong talent pipeline and stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• 10+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 5+ years leading a full-cycle recruiting team in a global, high-growth org.
• Experience in multi-unit hospitality or retail brand.
• Demonstrated DEI&B initiatives and employer branding impact.
• Measurable data-driven recruitment outcomes for stakeholders.
• Cloud-based ATS implementation experience preferred (Workday, Oracle).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned to business goals.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selecting candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to forecast talent needs.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen the employment brand.
• Educate leadership on best recruiting practices and analytics.
