Job summary

Topgolf seeks a Director, Business Intelligence to own BI end-to-end, ensure trusted data foundation, and enable AI-powered decision making across the company. You will lead a ~20-person BI team, partner with Finance, Operations, and Venue leaders, and shape governance, metrics, and forecasting to support Topgolf’s growth.

Your leadership will establish standardized metrics, promote self-service, and drive AI adoption with human review processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or analytics engineering.
• 5+ years leading BI teams.
• Experience fixing data trust issues and retiring conflicting reports.
• Credibility with senior leaders in Finance and venue operations.
• Experience managing external BI projects and partners.
• Ownership of budget and forecasting for cloud spend.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the BI team; set priorities and delivery discipline.
• Establish data quality framework and authoritative sources for metrics.
• Own the BI product roadmap across corporate and venue operations.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Product, and Security; guide architecture discussions.
• Own annual BI budget and drive cost efficiency through optimization.
