Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to run all aspects of our recruitment function from the Dallas office. You will guide a data-driven team of recruiters, partnering with executives to forecast talent needs and build a diverse, high-performing workforce.

This role requires collaboration across functions in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in TA, 5+ years leading a full-cycle team, and experience in multi-unit hospitality or retail brands,

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 5+ years leading a full-cycle recruiting team.
• Experience in multi-unit hospitality or retail brand.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging initiatives.
• Measurable evidence of proactively building a strong employer brand.
• Cloud based ATS implementation experience (Workday, Oracle, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing Talent Acquisition team with clear productivity goals.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, job boards, universities and other sources to ensure diverse pipeline.
• Lead process improvements to adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Enhance Topgolf’s employment brand to attract talent.
