Archdiocese of New York seeks a Director of Building Operations and Security to lead overall facility operations at 488 Madison Avenue. You will oversee building services, security programs, mail/reception, vendor contracts, and staff, reporting to the CAO and IMS CEO for financial matters.

The role requires7+ years in related fields, an associate degree or equivalent, and a strong track record in supervision, operations, and safety leadership.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent and supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Minimum seven years in building operations, facilities management, or security.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily management of building operations, facility services, and workplace support.
• Develop and enforce security policies, access control, and incident response procedures.
• Oversee mailroom, reception, vendor contracts, and administrative services.
• Lead emergency preparedness, safety protocols, and maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with leadership and external agencies on security and operational matters.
