Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a senior leader to direct all aspects of a Las Vegas branch, driving revenue growth and delivering results above budget. You will oversee sales, finance, operations, real estate, and public affairs in a high-performance culture.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in large sales organizations, strong people management, and deep knowledge of media and advertising economics. Travel and compliance with safety standards are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent mix of education, training and experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years leading an organization with strategic sales leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Directs all branch operations and drives revenue growth with customer-centric initiatives.
• Manages P&L for a market, focusing on revenue growth, rate attainment, inventory and EBITDA.
• Forecasts growth, develops strategies for changing environments, and sets goals.
• Recruits, coaches and develops branch talent; holds staff accountable to metrics.
• Leads marketing programs and digital strategies to hit business objectives.
• Ensures OSHA/EPA compliance and safe work practices across the market.
• Travel up to 20% for corporate meetings/events; up to 50% if multiple branches.
