Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into executable priorities with senior leadership.
• Lead major cross-functional initiatives across markets, technology, and support teams.
• Establish operating structures, governance, milestones, and resource alignment for initiatives.
• Drive organizational readiness, change management, and sustained adoption of new processes.
• Provide leadership across the Business Operations organization and coach teams to deliver results.
