You will partner with executives, functional leaders, and a 400+ sales organization to translate strategy into actionable solutions, establish processes, and drive adoption. The role requires overseeing major transformations, aligning priorities, and maintaining executive visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in business, information systems, organizational development, education, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into executable priorities.
• Build relationships with executives and functional leaders to understand objectives and challenges.
• Define initiatives, requirements, workplans, and success measures.
• Provide guidance on priorities, sequencing, and resource needs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from development to execution and sustainment.
• Establish operating structures, governance, milestones, and escalation paths.
• Lead internal and external teams in solution development and implementation.
• Ensure adoption and business impact through change management and training.
