Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in Las Vegas is seeking a senior leader to direct all branch operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver results above budgeted levels. You will oversee Sales, Finance, Operations, Real Estate & Public Affairs and foster a high-performance culture.

We expect 10+ years in strategic leadership, strong P&L ownership, and extensive sales leadership in large organizations. Excellent communication, planning, and team development are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading an organization with strategic roles and revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong sales leadership, P&L ownership, and experience in large sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key stakeholders.
• Manages P&L of a specific market with focus on revenue growth, rate attainment, inventory optimization and EBITDA.
• Forecasts business growth or decline and develops strategies to address changing business environments.
• Leads strategic development of marketing programs and digital strategies to drive revenues and achieve business objectives.
• Reviews, maintains, and implements safe work practices in compliance with OSHA/EPA and other regulatory requirements.
