Job summary

Glaukos Corporation seeks a Director of BI Platforms to define and advance the company’s enterprise data platform ecosystem. You will set vision, governance, and an operational strategy for scalable analytics, partnering with BI, analytics, IT, and business leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

You will lead multi-year roadmaps, architecture of data warehouses/lakes, and ETL/ELT frameworks while driving performance, security, and stakeholder value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in data/BI platform programs.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Strong governance and data quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise BI strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead architecture of data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Partner with BI, analytics, IT and stakeholders to deliver dashboards and analytics.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve scalability and user experience.
• Establish governance for data quality, KPI definitions, security, and access.
• Drive platform reliability, performance, and lifecycle management.
• Translate business requirements into tech solutions and delivery plans.
• Lead platform implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and investments.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with focus on innovation.
