Job summary

Monarch - Company is seeking a Director of Operations, Crisis to oversee facility-based crisis services across North Carolina. The role leads staff, coordinates care, and manages budgets and reporting.

The position requires an RN or advanced degree with licensure in LCAS/LCMHC/LCSW/LMFT or PsyD and prior supervisory experience in behavioral health. On-call and after-hours coverage may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level of education in a human services field, with required licensure (LCMH/CAS/LCSW/LMFT/LCAS) preferred.
• Experience leading crisis services or similar behavioral health programs.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the crisis centers and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Develop and implement tactical work plans to meet goals and improve workflows.
• Provide administrative supervision, including hiring, discipline, and performance appraisals.
