Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina and Rhode Island seeks a Director of Operations, Crisis to oversee facility-based crisis operations and lead a team of professionals. You will manage daily workflows, staffing, provider relations, and financial reporting to drive quality and program success.

The role requires 2 years in behavioral health, supervisory experience, and relevant licensure or advanced degree.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Experience working with adults with mental health or substance use disorders.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility-based crisis operations and leadership within the area of responsibility.
• Develop and implement tactical work plans to support goals and organizational objectives.
• Provide administrative supervision for assigned staff, including hiring, discipline and performance appraisals.
• Ensure 24-hour coverage for individuals served and coordinate with providers and staff for teamwork.
• Serve as electronic health record super user and ensure timely training and error monitoring.
• Prepare, administer, and oversee the budget and monthly financial reports with leadership and Budget Officer.
• Investigate complaints and provide timely resolutions with action plans.
• Coordinate staff training for disaster preparedness and emergency procedures.
