• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of auditors to deliver high-quality work.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing relationships and communications.
• Plan and design audit strategies tailored to clients' industry and risks.
• Manage audit processes including budgeting, scheduling, billing, and resources.
• Present audit findings to senior management or audit committees.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Contribute to firm growth initiatives and proposals for prospective clients.
