Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Audit Manager to lead client relationships and multiple engagement teams within our Audit & Assurance practice. The role emphasizes strong industry insight across sectors including Energy, Healthcare, and Real Estate, with a focus on delivering high-quality audit services and building lasting client partnerships.

You will work with executive leadership, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while maintaining adherence to firm standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of external audit in public accounting.
Experience with Energy, Oil & Gas, Food & Commodities, Metals, Real Estate & Construction, Manufacturing.
Strong organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting/auditing skills.
Professional interaction with clients, prospects, staff, and colleagues.
Ability to multi-task across engagements and teams.
Experience supervising engagement teams.
CPA license in home state or reciprocal arrangement.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback when engagements end.
Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve problems as they arise.
