Job summary

The Newtown Athletic Club is seeking an Aquatics Director to lead and oversee all pool operations and programs, ensuring safe, high-quality experiences for members and the community. You will manage staff, certifications, budgeting, scheduling, and facility maintenance across indoor and outdoor pools, waterparks, and teaching facilities, while driving growth in aquatics offerings and member engagement.
