The YMCA is seeking an Aquatics Director to lead our branch's water programs, safety culture, and operations. You will build a high-performing aquatic team and ensure welcoming, safe spaces that foster learning and belonging for all ages.

You will oversee program growth, quality, accessibility, and innovation, while partnering with the community and staff to deliver engaging aquatics experiences and strong lifeguard, instructor pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Certified to instruct CPR, AED/O2, First Aid, Lifeguarding, and Swim Lessons or ability to gain certifications.
• Proven ability to stimulate program growth through community relations and innovative programming.
