Anthropic is seeking a Manager for Applied AI Cyber Specialists to lead a new security team across major enterprise accounts in San Francisco and New York. You will hire, onboard, and coach architects, shaping playbooks and evaluation approaches while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Legal teams.

You will drive security reviews, risk discussions, and success criteria, delivering high-impact, trusted security outcomes for Claude-based deployments in complex environments.

Formación

• 12+ years in security with 4+ years leading a customer-facing security team.
• Hands-on security depth in at least one area (e.g., app security, detection/response, vulnerability mgmt).
• Experience with large enterprise security deals end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and onboard Applied AI Architects on the Security team.
• Define team focus, accounts, and architect coverage with Sales and Trust partners.
• Guide customers from discovery to evaluations and proofs of concept.
