Mercer Advisors is seeking an Annuity Solutions Director to lead the annuity business strategy, product management, advisor experience, and partner relationships across Advisory, Variable, Fixed, Fixed Indexed, and RILA annuities.

This role serves as the business owner for the annuity platform, driving growth, advisor adoption, product competitiveness, and client outcomes while aligning with retirement income philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in annuities, retirement income, or wealth management.
• Deep knowledge of Variable, Fixed, Fixed Indexed, Advisory, and RILA annuities.
• Strong understanding of retirement income planning and fiduciary wealth management.
• Experience leading product strategy, governance, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the firm's annuity strategy across multiple products.
• Serving as product owner for all annuity solutions and lifecycle management.
• Defining advisor experience across workflows from recommendation to servicing.
• Leading carrier evaluations, product shelf management, and due diligence.
• Liaising with Investment Committee and external partnerships to guide reviews.
