Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Annuities Manager/Senior Manager to lead annuity product initiatives, pricing strategies, and risk management. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and client engagement to drive growth in life and annuity offerings.

The position is hybrid with opportunities to work across multiple offices, including Chicago, and offers competitive base salary with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant annuity experience (pricing, development, or inforce management).
• ASA or FSA credential preferred.
• Knowledge of annuity market trends, regulatory changes, and product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex annuity analyses including product development, rate setting, hedging, and valuation.
• Own client communications to ensure high satisfaction.
• Ensure technical accuracy in work and in junior staff outputs.
• Produce executive-level reports and present findings to senior leaders and clients.
• Build industry networks and share annuity expertise within Oliver Wyman.
