Job summary

Brighthouse Financial is seeking a senior product leader to design and evolve annuity products, aligning with growth strategies and partnerships across the company. You will drive product strategy, messaging, and cross-functional collaboration with Distribution, Pricing, Finance, Technology and Legal to deliver competitive retirement solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services product management and an MBA, with strong communication skills and a track record of influencing

Qualifications

10+ years of experience developing and designing financial services products in senior product management roles.
Undergraduate degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

Drive future annuity product design by understanding customer needs, industry trends, risk management and regulatory issues.
Develop product strategy in support of sales and marketing goals.
Ensure cross-enterprise partnership in design and development of new annuity products.
Create consistent and compelling product messaging for retirement solutions.
Collaborate with Distribution Leadership and Head of Pricing to design products that meet financial targets.
Work across Distribution, Client Solutions, Technology, Finance and Legal to align with the company strategy.
Provide support for inforce annuity products and seek opportunities to add value for clients, advisors, firms, and the company.
Demonstrate inclusive leadership and manage the department budget.
