Qualifications

• 10+ years of managed care experience with at least 5 years in management or leadership.
• 5+ years of healthcare data analytics experience in decision support, informatics, analytics, programming, or management.
• Expert-level SQL Server coding, with SSRS and Crystal Reports; ETL using SSIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Decision Support Department, including staff supervision and performance evaluations.
• Champion BI initiatives, provide technical guidance, and mentor the team in reporting technologies and healthcare operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement reporting technologies for improved data accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze complex healthcare issues and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.
