Job summary
FFF Enterprises in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Manager, Business Analytics to lead enterprise analytics, reporting, and the data platform ecosystem. This role drives business value from Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks by delivering scalable analytics, self-service reporting, and trusted insights.
You will partner with senior leaders, Data Engineering, Governance, AI/ML, and IT to build a modern analytics operating model with governed semantic models and enterprise data products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in BI/analytics or related fields.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap for Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks.
- Establish platform standards, governance, and delivery priorities.
- Promote governed self-service analytics with certified semantic models and trusted datasets.
- Partner with Data Engineering to leverage lakehouse and cloud architecture.
- Define and manage KPIs aligned with analytics objectives.
- Align analytics roadmap with business and tech teams.
