Job summary

Scale Media seeks a Director of Analytics to lead the data and analytics function across the business. You will own end-to-end analytics strategy for marketing, forecasting, retention, and inventory analytics, turning data into actionable decisions.

This senior role combines hands-on leadership with strategic vision, managing the analytics team and defining the data engineering roadmap while ensuring accuracy and trust across all data assets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data analytics experience with leadership roles.
• Proven end-to-end analytics for marketing-driven or DTC/ecommerce.
• Deep expertise in marketing measurement, MMM, and MTA.
• Experience with retention analytics and LTV modeling.
• Forecasting and unit economics modeling.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, Python, data modeling, ML.
• Experience with Snowflake, Shopify, Amazon data.
• Excellent communicator to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own marketing measurement framework and experimentation design.
• Build financial forecasts and model CAC, LTV, and payback.
• Lead analytics team and oversee data engineering roadmap.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate questions into data solutions.
