Advantage HQ, a creator-led growth firm, is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to shape the data strategy and analytics capabilities for a multi-channel business.

You will build scalable data platforms, define KPI frameworks, oversee a talented analytics team, and partner with leadership to drive measurable growth. Fully remote in the United States, this role emphasizes data accuracy, forecasting, experimentation, and data-informed decision making across media, partnerships, and operations.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or related fields, with leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
