Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead data strategy, analytics, and measurement infrastructure for a fast-scaling, creator-led growth organization. You will shape data foundations, establish reporting standards, and drive business insights across paid media, creator partnerships, and ecommerce performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering with leadership exposure.
• Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function.
• Strong SQL and experience with modern data warehouses and analytics infrastructure.
• Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or marketing measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure, reporting standards, and analytics frameworks for a multi-channel organization.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for business strategy and performance.
• Develop measurement and attribution capabilities for paid media, creator partnerships, and ecommerce metrics.
