Job summary

Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands. We seek a Director of Data & Analytics to define data strategy, establish measurement systems, and scale analytics across the business.

You will lead a team of analysts and engineers, collaborating with leadership to improve visibility, decision-making, and performance. You will build reliable data infrastructures, standards, and reporting while aligning analytics priorities with business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics infrastructure.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure, reporting standards, and analytical frameworks for a multi-channel org.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights for strategy and performance.
• Develop measurement and attribution capabilities across paid media, creator partnerships, and customer acquisition.
• Build scalable analytics systems and partner with engineering to improve data pipelines and dashboards.
• Lead and develop analytics team members and set clear analytical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align analytics with business objectives.
• Establish data-driven operating culture with KPI definitions and reliable reporting.
