Job summary

Ballard House is seeking a Head of Amazon Operations to lead the operations team, optimize processes, and ensure flawless execution as the brand portfolio grows. The role focuses on scalable systems across operations, logistics, and AI-driven workflows.

You will design ClickUp workflows, manage a cross-functional team of 10+, and report to the COO, influencing strategic planning at the company level.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations or client services in ecommerce agencies or large brands.
• Fluency with Amazon Seller Central: catalog, demand planning, logistics, data.
• Proven ability to grow teams of 10+ and own execution across functions.
• Hands-on project management workflow development, preferably in an agency.
• Experience using AI to accelerate teams or individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance across inventory planning, content, ads, catalog and ops to hit KPIs.
• Improve brand management operations and coordinate with warehouse and account teams.
• Maintain SOPs, versioning, and documentation quality.
• Coordinate with brand managers and inventory planning for product flow.
• Define operational reporting requirements and improve data quality.
• Lead hiring, training, and tool implementations.
• Run recurring ops meetings to track KPIs and collaboration.
• Scale team from 15 to 30+ and shape org structure.
• Serve on leadership team and contribute to strategic planning.
• Travel quarterly to Michigan or other locations for planning/events.
• Periodic trade show and industry event travel.
