Job summary

Vulcury Consulting is seeking a Head of AI Enablement & Transformation to build and lead our AI implementation practice. This role focuses on deploying AI solutions, designing agentic workflows, and integrating AI copilots to augment knowledge work.

The leader will own the P&L for the practice, drive consulting engagements, and collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Remote with periodic collaboration across clients and partners.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with strong business acumen.
• Experience in strategy/technology consulting with AI focus.
• Proven ability to originate business or manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and Lead the AI Transformation Practice.
• Establish and define service offerings around AI enablement.
• Lead client development and relationship building.
• Oversee solution design, delivery, and deployment of AI systems.
• Own the P&L of the AI transformation practice and develop scalable delivery models.
