Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Manager, Executive Business Partners to lead and develop a team that supports Mercury's leaders. You will also support one or two executives, combining people leadership with AI-driven workflows.

You'll collaborate with senior leaders to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and evolve coverage as the company grows. A strong, strategic mindset and comfort with new tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Executive Assistants or Executive Business Partners.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase a team's leverage.
• Proven track record partnering with VP- and C-suite leaders.
• Strong people leadership, feedback, and talent development.
• Ability to balance competing priorities with sound judgment.
• Curiosity about business and new tools; comfortable with details.
