Job summary

Poston Communications is seeking a Managing Director of AI to lead practical, responsible AI integration across our national agency. This senior role combines public relations excellence with hands-on AI fluency, translating technology into repeatable workflows while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and human review.

You will oversee PostonAI and the agency's AI roadmap, collaborating with the CEO, leadership team and external partners to drive adoption, impact and scalable solutions across

Qualifications

• At least six to eight years of experience in PR, communications, content or related agency/in-house roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the agency's AI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI-enabled offerings and products, including PostonAI and related IP.
• Own PostonAI day-to-day operations and project plans.
• Build and maintain AI workflows, agents and templates.
• Partner with AI tech providers and vendors to advance priorities.
• Track adoption, impact and risk, reporting to leadership.
• Drive growth through AI-enabled services and client engagements.
• Train teams on practical AI use and governance.
