Ideal candidates demonstrate deep AI expertise, strong presentation skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and services to win strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in AI and customer experience technology.
• Experience in sales overlay, specialist, or subject matter expert roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced expertise in AI and lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Engage with senior and C-level leaders and orchestrate opportunities across teams.
• Influence deal strategy and support territory planning, pipeline creation, and forecasting.
• Lead positioning, pricing, proposals and materials for Genesys AI and Experience Orchestration.
• Lead customer workshops shaping AI use cases and pilot opportunities.
