LPL Financial is seeking a strategic AVP to own the enterprise control plane for agentic technologies, AI platforms, and non-human identities. You will define controls, governance, and operational practices enabling secure adoption of enterprise AI across teams.

You will partner with engineering and architecture to implement identity, authorization, and data access capabilities while maintaining risk management and policy adherence.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product management owning a shared technical platform or enterprise capability.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and production performance.
• Fluent in APIs, cloud/data architecture, identity/authorization, telemetry, and AI systems.
• Experience translating security or policy requirements into product behavior.
• Ability to operate across security, risk, compliance, and governance domains.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise control framework for AI platforms and non-human identities.
• Define audience-specific controls and deployment standards for enterprise AI platforms.
• Establish measurable controls for registration, approval, monitoring, and auditability.
• Lead governance of emerging technology risks including AI, autonomous systems, and crypto.
• Own strategy and roadmap for controls spanning registries, runtime enforcement, and data protection.
• Partner with engineering on identity, gateways, data access, telemetry, and resilience.
• Establish processes for registering AI systems, authorizing actions, and producing evidence.
• Prioritize enhancements based on risk, reliability, adoption, and cost.
• Track coverage, adoption, bypasses, and gaps; communicate with senior stakeholders.
