XRHealth INC is seeking a VP of AI & Automation to lead a cross-functional transformation across clinical operations, revenue cycle, finance, HR, IT, and more. You will map processes, quantify waste, and ship working AI-enabled systems with strong governance and privacy controls.

You will build and lead an evolving team, own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, and ensure adoption with training and change management across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, technology, data, or transformation roles with quantifiable AI/automation results.
• Track record of shipping production systems and speaking credibly about architecture and data pipelines.
• Hands-on fluency: SQL, Python, modern LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments handling PHI; understanding HIPAA impacts on design and data flow.
• Strong process-analysis discipline; ability to quantify before building and to push back on non-viable ideas.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence with ability to drive adoption across clinicians and CFOs.

Responsabilités

• Own process discovery: map core XRHealth workflows, quantify waste, and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Build, deploy, and adopt AI/tools across systems with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Establish AI governance: privacy, security, PHI handling, vendor reviews, and incident response.
• Shape data foundations: partner on schema quality, lineage, access controls, and model governance.
• Enablement: raise AI literacy, develop playbooks, and foster a scalable, hands-on team.
