XRHealth is seeking a VP of AI & Automation to lead an internal transformation across clinical operations, revenue cycle, finance, HR, IT, legal, marketing, and sales. You will map processes, quantify waste, and ship working AI‑enabled systems with strong governance.

You will own process discovery, ROI cases, and the full lifecycle of AI projects while driving adoption and ensuring privacy and clinical safety from day one.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in operations, technology, data, or transformation roles.
• 3+ years leading AI, automation, or intelligent‑process work with measurable results.
• Hands‑on fluency: SQL, Python, modern LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation platforms.
• Experience in a regulated environment, specifically with PHI and HIPAA implications.
• Strong process‑analysis discipline—quantify before you build.
• Exceptional cross‑functional influence with ability to persuade clinicians and CFOs.
• Comfort operating at board level and debugging a pipeline in the afternoon.

Responsabilidades

• Map XRHealth’s core processes end‑to‑end with metrics (cycle times, handoffs, error rates, cost per transaction).
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI/automation opportunities with quantified impact.
• Build defensible ROI cases for initiatives and report actuals.
• Deliver working AI solutions (LLM workflows, agentic tooling, document/claims processing) and own full lifecycle (design to retirement).
• Drive adoption through training and change management.
• Establish and own XRHealth’s AI governance framework (policy, reviews, PHI handling, BAA, audit logs).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2/HITRUST and GDPR where applicable.
• Collaborate with data team on schema quality and gold‑layer models; manage internal AI tooling stack.
• Raise AI literacy via playbooks, training, and libraries; build a small, high‑leverage team over time.
• Measure outcomes with audits and foster organization‑wide adoption.
