Job summary

XRHealth is seeking a VP of AI & Automation to lead enterprise-wide process optimization using AI, automation, and data-driven methods. You will map processes, quantify waste, and ship scalable, governance-driven solutions across clinical operations, revenue cycle, finance, HR, IT, and legal.

You will own the full lifecycle of initiatives—from design to pilot, scale, and retirement—while driving adoption and training, ensuring privacy, security, and PHI-safe architectures in a regulated

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, technology, data, or transformation roles with quantified results.
• Production systems, data pipelines, and LLM behavior experience.
• Hands-on fluency: SQL, Python, modern LLM APIs and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process discovery, opportunity mapping, and ROI-backed prioritization of AI/automation initiatives.
• Deliver working AI solutions, govern lifecycle, ensure adoption and training.
• Build and maintain AI governance, privacy, HIPAA/SOC2 compliance, and risk controls.
