HealthEquity is seeking a Director of Automation Operations to lead the Automated Operations capability within Member Services, overseeing AI-powered support experiences and low/no-code automation. You will drive governance, performance, and scalable automation for an AI-first support model while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

The role focuses on improving member experience and operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on governance, training, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in customer operations or automation leadership.
• Experience with AI-enabled support and automation governance.

Responsibilities

• Own automated operations performance for Member Services AI.
• Monitor AI health, containment, and escalation accuracy.
• Lead development and optimization of low/no-code automations.
• Establish governance, testing, and release standards.
• Develop playbooks and reusable automation patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams.
