Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
• Partner with product as an equal: shape roadmaps, name trade-offs, and drive delivery.
• Experience establishing engineering excellence standards and guiding architectural decisions.
• Experience with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
• Recent hands-on experience: you still review code and write some.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Work Environment team and its growth.
