Job summary

Alan is building the AI-native company with radical transparency and an async culture. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will build an internal AI-powered platform and intelligent agents that automate critical workflows for thousands of users across the company.

You will work with Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL, and tight integration with LLM APIs and internal AI infrastructure to deliver impact across 25+ systems and multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Backend or full‑stack experience with modern web technologies.
• Genuine interest in AI and exploring LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or C# and other web technologies.
• Fluent English; French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build the AI-powered internal platform used daily to navigate the company and take action.
• Design and ship intelligent agents to automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and performance alignment.
• Deploy LLM-powered reasoning and integration with internal tools.
• Define primitives and abstractions for AI-native work across teams and countries.
• Replace generic tools with Alan-native software that reinforces culture.
• Scale IAM, PAM, and user lifecycle across 25+ systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to translate principles into software.
