Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Head of Solutions Architecture for AI infrastructure to lead the pre-sales organization and own technical strategy across high-value compute deals. Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in Solutions Architecture or Field Engineering, with ability to build and scale pre-sales teams.
• Proven track record leading technical sales in complex B2B environments with multi-year deals.
• Hands-on AI/ML infrastructure experience including production workloads and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the pre-sales engine by hiring, coaching, and establishing a global operating model for SAs and field engineers.
• Own the technical win in strategic deals, including qualification, sizing, and creating win plans across compute, networking, storage, and orchestration.
