Job summary

Mirantis, an IREN company, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer Leader to build and run the SE/solutions-architecture function for large, strategic deals. You will own the technical win, architect cutting-edge GPU/AI infrastructure solutions, and coordinate with account teams to win multi-year commitments.

Strong cloud, Kubernetes, and NVIDIA platform expertise are essential for this high-impact role. You will shape pre-sales enablement, develop reusable reference architectures, and drive POCs

Qualifications

• Experience running or standing up ML workloads beyond talk, including training and inference lifecycle.
• Fluency in training/inference pipelines, distributed training, and performance bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the SE/solutions-architecture team for Mirantis in large deals.
• Own the technical win in complex B2B opportunities from discovery to close.
• Architect compute, networking, storage, and orchestration solutions; deliver TCO/ROI models.
• Design POCs/POVs with clear success criteria and benchmarks.
• Coordinate with field and partners to co-sell and align roadmap with field learning.
