Job summary

Mirantis, an IREN company, seeks a Head of Solutions Architecture to lead the pre-sales engine for AI infrastructure. You will own technical wins in strategic, multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals and act as the executive technical partner to NeoClouds, AI-native startups, and sovereign buyers.

You will build a world-class Solutions Architecture team, set scalable pre-sales processes, and shape the architecture strategy across compute, networking, storage, and orchestration.

Qualifications

• Enterprise deal leadership experience in complex B2B environments.
• Leadership experience in Solutions Architecture or field engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with production ML workloads and performance bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the pre-sales engine with a global operating model.
• Own the technical win in strategic enterprise deals from qualification to closure.
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer to guide product and roadmap decisions.
