Job summary
Mirantis is seeking a leader to build and run the SE/solutions architecture team, owning the technical win in multi-year, high-value opportunities for GPU orchestration and AI infrastructure. You will steer pre-sales strategy, ensure credible architectures, and align with customers and NVIDIA partnerships to shape deals.

Qualifications
- Experience running ML workloads (distributed training or production inference).
- Fluency in training/inference lifecycle: data pipelines, distributed training, fine-tuning, serving.
- Comfort with PyTorch and CUDA ecosystem.
- Deep knowledge of the NVIDIA platform (Hopper/Blackwell, H100/H200, DGX/HGX/MGX).
- Networking fluency: NVLink/NVSwitch, InfiniBand, RDMA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build the SE / Solutions Architect team; define the pre-sales operating model.
- Own the technical win in large, complex deals; architect solutions across compute, networking, storage, and orchestration.
- Design and drive POCs/POVs; define success criteria and benchmarks.
- Be the technical voice of the customer; feed requirements back to product and planning.
- Coordinate with NVIDIA field and partners to strengthen deals; co-sell and influence roadmap.
