Razorfish is seeking a Group Creative Director to lead enterprise-level creative for a high-profile energy client. You will set the creative vision across teams and channels, ensuring strategically aligned, beautifully crafted work that drives business priorities.

You will mentor a 12–15 person multidisciplinary team, partner with senior clients and internal stakeholders, and elevate craft and brand consistency across channels with an emphasis on evolving AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of creative experience managing complex client accounts.
• Strong integrated campaign background across digital, social, content, video.
• Executive presence to advise senior stakeholders and present independently.

Responsibilities

• Set and champion the creative vision across campaigns and channels.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 12–15 people.
• Collaborate with executive leads and manage up to senior clients.
• Present work to clients and internal stakeholders, resolving escalations.
• Ensure high-quality craft and brand consistency from concept to execution.
• Partner with strategy, account, and production teams to translate priorities into solutions.
• Champion innovation, including AI and emerging tools to improve output.
